B A S E BUILDING is a 12-week series designed for the avid outdoor cyclist to prepare for riding once the snow melts. It is broken down into 3 4-week phases, and we highly encourage participation in all 12 weeks. Classes will be heart-rate based, and you must ride with a heart rate monitor in order to participate.
